We are looking for 5 amazing participants who are:
youth workers/ youth leaders/
volunteer coordinators/ mentors (incl. mentors to EVS /ESC volunteers/
social workers/ coaches or managers of cultural associations in art 
and cultural field/ teachers), etc.
Also, the participants should be:
Aged 18+ (no limits! If you have barriers we can include you!) Have nationality of/residency in one of the partner countries; Are motivated to participate in this project and areinterested in the proposed topic;
Have an interest in culture and creativity; Are open to diversity and interculturality; Working/wants to work in NGOs in rural areas/degraded areas; It is highly recommended to hold a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate during the whole period of the mobility;
SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT 
The project is a five-day international training course and aims to provide youth workers and youth leaders, who work directly with young people and in particular in disadvantaged rural and urban areas, with essential entrepreneurial skills to tackle the problem of youth unemployment through the promotion of local cultural initiatives, self-employment, culture and entrepreneurial craftsmanship. It will focus in particular on the target group of youth workers dealing with economic, social and geographical aspects to fight social exclusion promoting the participation of youth workers.
