ABOUT THE TRAINING
This training focuses on facilitation in youth work and non-formal education. It explores the invisible decisions that shape safe, inclusive and meaningful learning processes.
Rather than learning new methods or activities, participants will reflect on the deeper dimensions of facilitation — such as power dynamics, conflict, participation, wellbeing and professional boundaries — and how these influence the quality and sustainability of their work.
The course is designed for people working with young people in youth work, mobility projects, schools or community initiatives.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
Youth workers, youth leaders, educators and facilitators who want to strengthen their facilitation skills.
Project coordinators in non-formal education.
Professionals working in multicultural or multilingual contexts.
Participants 18+ from EU and Erasmus+ Programme Countries, with sufficient English to actively engage in the training.

How does the selection process work? In sufficient time after the call is published (usually after 10 days), we evaluate incoming applications and contact participants to confirm their participation. If the offer is no longer visible on the Looking for participants page, the project is occupied and it is not possible to apply. If you have not received a confirmation email, unfortunately we cannot send you due to capacity reasons. Due to the high level of interest, we are not always able to respond to applications from participants who were not selected. Thank you for your understanding.
