Join us for a 5-day interactive training focused on leadership development, communication skills, project design, and community impact!
During the programme, participants will explore:

✨ Conflict resolution and facilitation methods
✨ Design Thinking and Theory of Change
✨ Stakeholder mapping and partnership building
✨ Project planning, budgeting, and action design
Using non-formal education methods, participants will take part in simulations, team challenges, group discussions, practical exercises, and collaborative project development. By the end of the training, teams will present their own community project ideas and concrete action plans.
This training is open to participants aged 18 and above who are interested in leadership, youth work, civic participation, community development, and social impact.
