Youth Exchange: Equal Trait – Mind the Gender Gap
Dates: 24 – 31 August 2026 (including travel days) 
Location: Molina de Segura (Murcia), Spain 
Participants from Slovakia: 5 participants + 1 group leader 
Age: 18 – 30 (Group leader: 18+)
About the Youth Exchange :Join an international Youth Exchange focused on gender equality, inclusion, and human rights.
Throughout the project, you will explore gender-related issues from an intercultural perspective, challenge stereotypes and discrimination, and discover how young people can promote equality and social justice in their communities.
By working together with participants from different countries, you will strengthen your communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and active citizenship skills while learning about European values such as diversity, inclusion, democracy, and equal opportunities. The exchange combines non-formal education, workshops, discussions, simulations, and intercultural activities to inspire positive social change.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for young people who:Are 18–30 years old
Are interested in gender equality, inclusion, human rights, or social participation
Are motivated to learn, share experiences, and actively participate in all activities
Enjoy working in an international and intercultural environment
Can communicate in basic English
Are open-minded, respectful, and ready to contribute to group discussions and teamwork
