Throughout the training week in Trnava, participants worked collaboratively to design, test, and refine nine ready-to-use non-formal education workshops, responding to real challenges young people face online.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>The developed workshops cover a wide range of topics, including:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mental health in the digital age<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online hate speech and constructive responses<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emotional intelligence and empathy in digital communication<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gaming and online addiction<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital storytelling and self-expression<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital detox and healthy screen-time balance<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsible and ethical use of AI<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI ethics and critical thinking<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainable and inclusive digital citizenship<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The follow-up activity was organised in our office. The aim of this activity was to share the project outcomes with the local community. The workshops developed during the project were presented and explained, and participants had the chance to discuss their ideas and experiences.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The follow-up activity was very impressive for our participants. They showed strong interest in the topic and gave positive feedback on the workshops and methods used. Based on this activity, the workshops were finalized and compiled into a shared educational resource.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner organisations then tested and will use the workshops in their local communities. The workshops will be adapted for schools, youth centres and informal learning spaces, helping to reach young people directly and promote healthier digital habits.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feedback from the local implementations will help improve the materials and make them more practical and useful. The final workshop collection will be shared through partner networks, allowing the project results to reach more people beyond the original participants.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Through this follow-up work, Cyber Wellbeing moved from learning to action and turned international cooperation into practical tools that support young people\u2019s digital well-being across Europe.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
