Potom s\u00fa tu \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed tieto projekty vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa. Presne tak\u00edto sa stretli v druh\u00fd j\u00fanov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 v Est\u00f3nsku. Bl\u00edzko hlavn\u00e9ho mesta Tallinn sa stretlo viac 26 \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa pracovn\u00edkmi s ml\u00e1de\u017eou. Hlavnou t\u00e9mou bola v\u00fdmena n\u00e1padov, n\u00e1zorov, pomoc jeden druh\u00e9mu v tom \u010do rob\u00edme a na pozad\u00ed toho v\u0161etk\u00e9ho bolo u\u010denie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na hre. N\u00e1zov projektu \u2013 Game Exchange nazna\u010duje aj to, \u017ee cel\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 sa niesol v duchu hrania hier, ktor\u00e9 jednotliv\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci vytvorili a akt\u00edvne ich pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vo svojej praxi. Ako je zvykom, projekt sa niesol v\u00a0duchu neform\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Prirodzenou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou bolo aj vytv\u00e1ranie nov\u00fdch v\u00e4zieb medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi organiz\u00e1ciami, ale aj priate\u013estiev. Tak isto sa tento projekt zasl\u00fa\u017eil aj o rozv\u00edjanie interkultur\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie, ke\u010f\u017ee \u013eudia na projekte boli z viac ako 11 kraj\u00edn. Okrem toho na\u0161ou \u00falohou bolo vytvori\u0165 n\u00e1pad na nov\u00fd projekt a rozpracova\u0165 jeho z\u00e1klady. Hos\u0165uj\u00facou organiz\u00e1ciu bola Shokkin Group, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 s\u00eddlo v hlavnom meste. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu sme si aj prezreli s\u00eddlo organiz\u00e1cie a\u00a0nahliadli aj do aktiv\u00edt, ktor\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>V\u00fdmena toho, \u010do je zabehnut\u00e9 a funguje v pr\u00e1ci s ml\u00e1de\u017eou, tipy, triky, hry s\u00fa to, \u010do si odn\u00e1\u0161am z\u00a0tohto projektu a\u00a0nieko\u013eko priate\u013estiev.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Barbora a\u00a0Jana<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>[EN]<\/p><p>The European Union offers for youth many opportunities \u2013 one of them is Erasmus+ projects. Then there are people who write and coordinate the projects. And exactly these people met in Estonia. Near the capital city Tallinn met 26 of youth workers. The main aim of the project was to enhance the cooperation among youth workers and to build trust among organisations. As the name of the project \u2013 Game Exchange \u2013 suggests, the week was full of exchanging games that youth worker use in their everyday practice and to exchange best practices in game-based learning. All the activities were held in the spirit of non-formal learning.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The project also raised our intercultural communication skills as participants were from 11 countries. One of the activities during the project was to come up with new project idea and put on paper our main ideas. The host organisation was Shokkin Group International. We also visited their office and were able to see at least a bit of their work with youth. What the project gave me is exchanging good practices and new friendships.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Barbora a
