\ud83d\udc65 Ema and I recently participated in an Erasmus+ project called empl@y in the stunning region of Calabria, Italy. \ud83c\udf05\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 Our adventure started before we even arrived, as we met many fascinating people on the way. The picturesque landscape and environment left us breathless and we savoured every moment of it. \ud83e\udd29<\/p>

\ud83d\udcda However, empl@y was not just a leisurely vacation. It was a challenging project that taught us invaluable lessons about youth employability, utilizing diverse methods of informal learning. \ud83e\uddd0<\/p>

\ud83d\udca1 We had a remarkable opportunity to contemplate our future careers, create a career path, and even develop a business plan for our future company or business. \ud83d\udcdd This was particularly beneficial for those who are still unsure about their career paths. With the help of all the concepts, soft skills, and ideas that we were taught and exposed to, we feel more educated and confident in the area of employability. \ud83e\udd13\ud83d\udcaa<\/p>

\ud83d\ude4f We are grateful to all the participants, trainers, and our sending organization for granting us this incredible opportunity to learn and expand our knowledge. It was an enriching experience that we will never forget. \ud83e\udd17\ud83c\udf1f<\/p>

Ned\u00e1vno sme ja a moja spolu\u017eia\u010dka Ema boli vybran\u00e9 do projektu Erasmus+ s n\u00e1zvom empl@y, ktor\u00fd sa konal v talianskej Kal\u00e1brii. \u010cakalo n\u00e1s ve\u013ea cestovania, tak\u017ee na\u0161e dobrodru\u017estvo sa za\u010dalo e\u0161te pred pr\u00edchodom do Talianska. Cestou sme stretli ve\u013ea zauj\u00edmav\u00fdch a mil\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Prostredie a krajina boli \u00fachvatn\u00e9 a my sme si u\u017e\u00edvali ka\u017ed\u00fa sekundu. Samozrejme, nebol to oddychov\u00fd v\u00fdlet. Tento projekt bol pln\u00fd v\u00fdziev, niekedy \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd, n\u00e1dhern\u00fd, ale hlavne n\u00e1s ve\u013ea nau\u010dil. Od za\u010diatku projektu sme sa oboznamovali s problematikou, \u0165a\u017ekos\u0165ami, prek\u00e1\u017ekami a v\u00fdzvami spojen\u00fdmi s t\u00e9mou zamestnate\u013enosti mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Pomocou r\u00f4znych met\u00f3d neform\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania sme boli schopn\u00ed sami analyzova\u0165 tak\u00e9to t\u00e9my na r\u00f4znych \u00farovniach (miestnej, krajovej, region\u00e1lnej a eur\u00f3pskej). Namiesto toho, aby sme sa venovali t\u00e9me zamestnate\u013enosti len v\u0161eobecne, sme mali skvel\u00fa pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 zamyslie\u0165 sa nad vlastnou bud\u00facou pr\u00e1cou a vytvorili sme si vlastn\u00fa kari\u00e9rnu cestu, po ktorej by sme raz chceli kr\u00e1\u010da\u0165. Vytvorili sme si aj podnikate\u013esk\u00fd pl\u00e1n vlastnej spolo\u010dnosti alebo podniku, ktor\u00fd by sme chceli zalo\u017ei\u0165. Pod\u013ea n\u00e1\u0161ho n\u00e1zoru to bolo svoj\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom ve\u013emi pr\u00ednosn\u00e9 pre \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed si st\u00e1le nie s\u00fa ist\u00ed alebo maj\u00fa nejasnosti oh\u013eadom svojej bud\u00facej kari\u00e9ry. Pred nami je v\u0161ak e\u0161te online \u010das\u0165 projektu, na ktorej sa mus\u00edme z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165. Nakoniec sme s pomocou v\u0161etk\u00fdch faktov, m\u00e4kk\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed, n\u00e1zorov a pojmov, ktor\u00e9 sme sa dozvedeli a ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m boli predstaven\u00e9, ove\u013ea vzdelanej\u0161\u00ed a sebavedomej\u0161\u00ed v oblasti zamestnate\u013enosti.
