This project gave young people the tools and confidence to become part of the solution.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Over the course of the exchange, participants dove deep into:<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>What fake news\u00a0<em>really<\/em> is and how it works,<\/li><li>How to detect and counter disinformation in everyday life,<\/li><li>The impact of misinformation on society,<\/li><li>Why critical thinking is more important than ever.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They didn&#8217;t just sit in workshops &#8211; they connected with top Turkish journalists, explored real-world case studies and discussed how media works behind the scenes. The experience helped them sharpen their analytical skills and become more conscious consumers (and creators) of media.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section included:<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Making sense of terms like disinformation and manipulation,<\/li><li>Raising awareness about the dangers of fake news,<\/li><li>Empowering people to question, think independently and seek the truth,<\/li><li>Boosting media literacy and critical thinking skills,<\/li><li>Promoting democratic values and civic engagement,<\/li><li>Strengthening cooperation among youth organizations across Europe.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project also helped spread the word about Erasmus+, reaching more
