Strengthening Social Entrepreneurial Networks

From January 24th till January 29th me and my colleague Michal attended Study Visit of the project "Strengthening Social Entrepreneurial Networks" in Łódź, Poland.

Participants were mostly active youth workers, educators, youth leaders and representatives of the participating organizations from countries like Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. However, we only had five days the programme of this study visit was packed. It started as usual with icebreakers and introduction. First day we visited University of Łodź and local Jewish Community. Second day we had amazing treasure hunt in teams across the city and polish dinner. Third day was more technical. We went to BioNano Park ( exploring supercomputer and laboratories ) and Sky Hub Red Tower. Fourth day was more focused on start-ups. Firstly, we visited European Office for Entrepreneurship and Voivodeship. Later that day we visited Co:Spot , a company which focuses all kind of young start-ups under one roof. Our study visit lasted just couple of days but organizators did a great job and we learned a lot in every aspect of social entrepreneurship.
