YOUNG LEADERS – ESC Volunteering Opportunity in Trnava (Slovakia)
We are looking for 1 young person aged 18-30!
Where: Trnava, Slovakia
When: March – October 2026 (7 months)
What to expect:
Volunteering with Youth for Equality, an NGO focused on education, human rights, and ecology
Activities in schools – discussions, debates, group work, non-formal education
Organising workshops, youth projects, festivals, and events
Running discussion clubs for local and international youth in Trnava
Office support: social media, newsletters, promotion of activities
Cooperation with charities and libraries – intergenerational dialogue, critical thinking, human library activities
Community engagement – creating and leading local initiatives
The opportunity to receive a Youthpass certificate
Who we are looking for:
Young people aged 18 – 30
Open-minded, responsible, and empathetic volunteers
Interested in working with youth and developing soft skills
No prior experience required – motivation and willingness to learn are most important
Good communication in English is desirable
What we offer:
Monthly food allowance: 200 €
Pocket money: 180 € per month
Accommodation in shared flats
Travel reimbursement (based on EU distance calculator)
Health insurance (Henner + EHIC)
14 vacation days during the project
