Cyber Wellbeing

Running from June 2025 to February 2026, Cyber Wellbeing focuses on equipping youth workers with practical knowledge in digital well-being, online safety, misinformation, cyberbullying prevention, and responsible media use.

The project brings together 26 participants, youth workers and trainers, from eight European countries: Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, North Macedonia, Lithuania, Denmark and Latvia.

It is implemented in close cooperation with the following partner organizations:

🇸🇰 Youth for Equality (Slovakia) – Coordinator

🇮🇹 Terzo Millennio – Laboratorio di Umana Solidarietà APS (Italy)

🇪🇸 Asociación Cultural Ingalicia (Spain)

🇵🇹 Stairs and Levels Associação (Portugal)

🇲🇰 Youth Association Info Front – Prilep (North Macedonia)

🇱🇹 VsI Žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir plėtros biuras (Lithuania)

🇩🇰 Danish Youth in Action (Denmark)

🇱🇻 Bauhaus Café Latvia (Latvia)

Main Training Course

The core activity of the project was an international training course. It took place in Trnava, Slovakia, from 28 October to 4 November 2025. During this intensive week, youth workers explored a wide range of topics related to digital literacy, mental health, and online safety through non-formal education methods.

Participants took part in interactive workshops, simulations, and role-playing sessions that allowed them to experiment with AI-powered tools for detecting misinformation, identifying cyberbullying and improving online privacy awareness. The hands-on approach helped them develop practical methods they can use in their daily youth work practice.

By the end of the training, the international group began drafting nine practical workshops that will be finalized and shared during the follow-up phase of the project in early 2026. These workshops will serve as ready-to-use educational resources for youth workers and organizations across Europe.

Results and Follow-Up

As Cyber Wellbeing continues until February 2026, the project’s outcomes will continue to grow. The workshops developed during the training will be tested and implemented in local communities, helping young people across Europe become more aware, balanced, and resilient in their online lives.

By combining innovation, AI tools, and non-formal education, Cyber Wellbeing is paving the way for a generation of youth workers ready to lead the conversation on responsible digital citizenship and well-being.
